Life | Goodbye 2015... Hello 2016

I swear each year goes quicker and quicker and this one was no exception. I thought 2014 was a year that couldn't be topped, however 2015 did a pretty good job of trying. I have some great memories of this year, and I can't wait to see what 2016 brings.

So let's take a look at my top five moments of 2015...

FIVE | Getting a New Job
Getting my job in London in 2014 was huge for me, and opened the doors to a lot of changes in my life. However, commuting to London wasn't working for me in terms of money and lifestyle, so in November I changed to a job nearer to home and I'm really enjoying it. I do miss London, but I love having the extra time in bed, not getting ill so much and spending more time with my friends and family.

FOUR | 3 Peaks
I did something I never thought I'd be able to do this year, the 3 peak challenge. Honestly it has never appealed to me, but when I was given the opportunity to do it for charity I didn't want to turn it down, and I'm so glad I didn't. It was definitely an incredible experience, one I will never top and I would highly recommend it to anyone who was thinking about it.

THREE | Becoming a Maid of Honour
I was so excited to be asked to be a maid of honour for my best friend Amber. Her and her fiance Sam got engaged in September and I couldn't be more excited for them! I can't wait to start helping her plan her special day, and to plan her hen party. Mwaha....

TWO | Celebrating Parents 30th Wedding Anniversary on Holiday
I have such good role models in my parents and they were so excited about celebrating their 30th anniversary this year. We had a great party with them and the whole family, and their friends. We then spent an amazing week in the South of France with them and it was one of the nicest, most relaxing holidays. I hope I can one day give my family the same inspiration they give me.

ONE | Getting Engaged
Without a doubt, the best thing that' happened to me, not just this year, but in my entire life. Adam proposed on Good Friday, at the top of the London Eye. This year has gone so quickly since and it's been a complete whirlwind of booking things and planning - and I've loved every second of it.

2015 has been great, and I can't wait for 2016. I have some resolutions, as does everyone, which I'll leave for another post. One thing is for sure, I can't wait to get married!
