So it's the beginning of February, so it's time for me to give you an update on how I've been getting on with my health and fitness kick. January was quite a good time to start as it was a fairly quiet month, and I was doing dry January as well - therefore the lack of wine probably helped! I just need to bring that into February as well.
So without further ado, let me five you an update on where I am after month one!
How much did I lose in January? 8lb
How far off target? 1.6 stone
On target? Just 1lb behind...
I started this journey at 12.10st, and I'm now down to 12.2st, which I'm so happy about. Super proud face!
Current routine: Tuesdays is LBT day, Thursdays is Body Pump, and Sunday is either Body Pump or general gym session.
Plan for February: Carry on the routine
Typical weekday breakfast: None
Typical weekend breakfast: Cereal
Typical weekday lunch: Mugshot
Typical weekend lunch: Salad or sandwich
Typical weekday dinner: Hairy Dieter's meal, or Weight Waters frozen meal after the gym
Typical weekend dinner: Hairy Dieter's meal or accidental takeaway...
Typical weekday snack: Coffee or apple
Typical weekend snack: Apple or chocolate
I'm making sure not to overdo it so take the weekends off of being too good with food, but during the week I stay good and motivated - thankfully! I still have a long way to go but so far, I'm really pleased with how it's all going. Let's keep it moving!
