Over the past week or so I've managed to acquire some new bits and pieces through shopping - strange that?! Anywho, a lot of it is mostly to wear for work so I decided to call it a work haul... with a few extras! If you pop through to the video you can see all the links for everything I purchased and I will love it if you could subscribe. Click here to view and lemme know if there are any videos you'd like to see me do! Enjoy!

The Outfit Post | All You'd Want In A Dress
ITEMS WORN: DRESS RIVER ISLAND | NECKLACE* RINGS & TINGS | BELT DOROTHY PERKINS
A little bit of a different style of outfit post today! As you can see - I need to iron this dress (oops!) but I think you can still appreciate the cuteness of this dress. Who could say no to this? Navy (tick) polka dots (tick) collar (tick) and under £30 - massive ticks for this!
I've had it a couple of months now but still not blogged it so here it is. It's so comfy, super flattering and I honestly love it. I cannot wait to wear this in the Spring without tights (who is fed up of tights like me now) with some cute wedges.
How would you style this dress?

Outfit | A Tartan Dream
dress: river island | necklace: lola rose | boots: H&M | lips: mac plumful
This dress is an autumnal dream. It's really on trend with the tartan fabric, and it's thick enough to wear during the colder months. It also has this super cute Peter Pan collar to add that little bit more detail.
This is part of River Island's Chelsea Girl range - I love River Island at the moment, everytime I go shopping lately and pop in I end up with so many items in the dressing room, half from the Chelsea Girl range. It's also very affordable - not as much as H&M but far more affordable then Topshop has become lately.
This dress was a very purse friendly £25 and I can imagine wearing this all autumn long.
I am really enjoying getting back into the trend of doing outfit photos. It had gone off kilter for a little while, but I love doing it and where I am trying to shake up my wardrobe a bit, the outfit posts are really helping me to think about it all a little bit more.
I would definitely recommend the Chelsea Girl range - I've popped my top 5 from the collection below... Enjoy!
What's your top autumn find this year?

Outfit | A Ditsy Summer
dress: river island | belt: h&M | ring: raspberry grape | bracelet: lola rose | nails: essie maximillian strasse her
I wore this outfit at the weekend, an incredibly sunny weekend, and up to Capital's Summertime Ball at Wembley. It is THE cutest dress and I fell in love with it when I first saw it. First of all it's blue, secondly it's floral. Then we have the cute crossover back. Well, it was cute until I got burnt and now have weird tan lines.
This dress was a steal at £22 as well - so I was really chuffed with it. It's definitely going to be this summers main dress. As you can see I also decided to give above the knuckle rings a go, if I'm honest I'm not 100% sold. I felt a bit like it was going to constantly fall off my finger - but maybe that's just me. I love the design of this one though!
You may have noticed I've also had a new design done on the blog. I did love the old design done by Gillian, but I just wanted something a bit simpler and cleaner - so I went to the gorgeous Steph who redesigned it for me and I couldn't be happier. She was so easy to work with and it was really quick. I'd love to know what you think though!
What do you think of this dress? Do you like the new blog design?

Black as Night
dress: river island | wedges: topshop | necklace: topshop | ring: lola rose & tiffanys | bracelets: pia and links of london | nails: essie all tied up | puppy: arthur
After seeing this dress on one of Lily's haul videos I knew I had to have it. I don't have a dress like it, but I've been searching for one for god knows how long. It's just a large tshirt dress with a dipped hem. It's got a silky feel and clings to everything, so it always creeps up at the front when walking. O well.
It's just gorgeous and perfect and I love it. The boy told me it looked like a bit of a bin bag from the back, but o well - he shouldn't be looking at my back should he! Plus, I disagree. I think it can be dressed up and down, here it's dressed up for a summer bbq (not that I went to one but, you know - that's the general idea). I can see me wearing it in New York with some wooly tights, ankle boots and a coat, which I can then wear out for dinner as well - it's a transition outfit!
So thanks for the tip Lily! I love it and couldn't be happier with it!
How would you style this dress? It doesn't look like a bin bag does it...

Blue Silk and Yellow Pumps
blue top topshop
black vest sainsburys
leggins river island
necklace new look
shoes new look
Now, you have probably guessed that I'm a bit of a blue lover. Most of my outfits you'll find I'm wearing either blue or cream of some sort, I can't help it. I'm a blue girl! This post, no exception I'm afraid with one exception - my lovely new, cheap but gorgeous yellow pumps. I've been toying with the idea of getting a yellow piece of clothing for a while, and I've dabbled by having yellow flowers on top but these shoes just called to me.
Granted I bought them because the heels I'd walked to work in were killing me and I needed a cheap alternative, but have to say one of best impulse buys. Aren't they CUTE! and for only £7.99 I think they are a bargain. I contrasted them with this cobalt blue top (yummy silk top) I got from Topshop last year, I have it in green as well
Done something a little different with my hair here as well - I curled it, which I don't usually do for everyday but I thought why not, live a little Lisa! What do you think? I'm quite pleased with it!
Anywho, I warn you that there will be lots of posts with new purchases soon, I got paid and went a little bit mad as I got my tax back from last months which was a good couple hundred. Opps. So be prepared!
Have you tried anything yellow yet? What payday treats are you getting yourselves?

Aussie Fashion Show
On Saturday I was invited to go to the Aussie Fashion Show in London at the Future Gallery to celebrate the release of their bigger bottles. It was great fun and the first fashion show I've ever been to so I was really excited!
I went up with a couple of my besties Amber and Andra and we had a lovely girly day!
L to R: Amber, Me and Andra
Amber is wearing: Blazer H&M, Vest Dorothy Perkins, Jeans Topshop, Heels Dorothy Perkins.
I am wearing: Blazer H&M, Scarf Topshop, Tshirt Topshop, Leggins River Island, Heels New Look.
Andra is wearing: Blazer H&M, Top New Look, Leggings h&M, Heels New Look
The fashion show feature clothes from Minkpink and Eviltwin, both of which can be found on Asos and Urban Outfitters.
These were my 4 favourite looks from the show. I love the first look, so cute with the denim skirt and white blouse, really like and girly! I also love the floaty dresses, perfect for Spring and Summer coming up! The last look is so incredible glamorous - if I had the stomach for it I'd be rocking it!
If you look through Urban Outfitters and Asos you can find bits of these outfits, however I did have problems finding most of the pieces! But it is worth having a look if one takes you fancy.
These were the other outfits from the show, some of them really playful, young and trendy and perfect for the current weather! You'll also see a collage of bits and bobs from my day with the girls at Aussie. Including a pictures of their GORGEOUS cupcakes... was such a shame to eat them cause they looked amazing... but they tasted soooo good!
Thanks Aussie for a great afternoon! It was so amazing and had such a great girly day out!
