Just warning you, you may hear and see quite a bit about my upcoming trip to Florida on here, my channel and my socials. I am very excited... Adam and I are going to Orlando Flordia in September over our Anniversary, but it's mainly to celebrate our 30th birthdays. We thought do we put on a big party for everyone, or go away and do something epic... Epic holiday won.

THE HOLIDAY DIARIES: French Riviera 2019 - What I Wore
It's always depressing coming back from a lovely holiday, and being faced with reality. All those things you put on your to do list when you're back and suddenly you have to do them. So much fun. Something I did want to do while I was away was film a what I wore holiday edition, but to be honest - I didn't want to when I got out there. So I thought instead it'd be fun to do a round up of my outfits on here.

The Outfit Post | Simple Tings
For some reason most of my outfit posts mainly consist of Topshop items. Whoops! Today is no different. This is the outfit I wore on Saturday, very simple and very comfortable. However I managed to jazz it up with some gorgeous pieces kindly sent over from Rings and Tings.
Simplicity is sometimes so so nice, no pattern, no tricks, just nice and quiet. A quiet outfit. Throwing a shirt over a top and jeans can make an outfit go from dull to a little something extra. Pop on a fab short necklace and you have yourself an outfit. I LOVE this necklace. I think it is absolutely gorgeous. Goes with everything, delicate and girly, yet chunky so still has a bit of edge. The earrings just finish them off perfectly.
Not only that, but the price is so reasonable. For what you're getting, it's really nothing to pay for good quality beautiful pieces.

Outfit | A Ditsy Summer
dress: river island | belt: h&M | ring: raspberry grape | bracelet: lola rose | nails: essie maximillian strasse her
I wore this outfit at the weekend, an incredibly sunny weekend, and up to Capital's Summertime Ball at Wembley. It is THE cutest dress and I fell in love with it when I first saw it. First of all it's blue, secondly it's floral. Then we have the cute crossover back. Well, it was cute until I got burnt and now have weird tan lines.
This dress was a steal at £22 as well - so I was really chuffed with it. It's definitely going to be this summers main dress. As you can see I also decided to give above the knuckle rings a go, if I'm honest I'm not 100% sold. I felt a bit like it was going to constantly fall off my finger - but maybe that's just me. I love the design of this one though!
You may have noticed I've also had a new design done on the blog. I did love the old design done by Gillian, but I just wanted something a bit simpler and cleaner - so I went to the gorgeous Steph who redesigned it for me and I couldn't be happier. She was so easy to work with and it was really quick. I'd love to know what you think though!
What do you think of this dress? Do you like the new blog design?

Outfit | Dotty Summer
top: TU @ Sainsburys | skirt: Topshop | belt: H&M | necklace: Lola Rose
Last weekend I decided I would break out of my jean/tshirt funk and get into the summer ways. So I pulled out my favourite denim skirt from last year and a TU shirt from my Mum's wardrobe (now lives in mine). I love blue, and even more so navy, so this top was one I was immediately drawn too. I think it goes perfectly with my skirt as well.
I seem to have fallen in love with peter pan collars as well, I think they seem to go really well with my bob. And I love the detailing on this belt. It came with a dress I bought from H&M and wear it all the time with other outfits, it is a definite favourite.
Also, my new Lola Rose necklace. My lovely Mummy bought this as a well done for passing my college course. I love the style and the colour - I don't have anything in this colour so it was a definite need. Happy days!
This is a gorgeous dotty outfit and was definitely one of those days where I kept looking down and thinking "O, I actually really like this outfit". Shallow, yes, but I love fashion - so sue me :)
Anywho, my giveaway ends today so take a look here to see who has won! Thanks for all those who entered!

Outfit | Wearing a Conscious
cardigan: topshop | dress: H&M Conscious Collection | Earrings: Forever 21 | Nails: Barry M Lychee
Hello summer-ish outfit. I bought this cute, gorgeous little dress when I went to Cardiff over Easter weekend. It was a very very reasonable £12.99 and I just love the pattern across the top. I managed to convince myself that by buying it I was helping the world. So off I went to buy it. It's very light so perfect for summer, but it's working at the moment as it has a slip attached to the skirt of the dress so it's not too airy which is nice. This old Topshop cardigan adds a great pop of colour.
I've used another new buy from Cardiff on my nails, Barry M Lychee - part of their Gelly collection it's such a great "foundation" shade for the nails and happens to match this dress perfect. Happy times!
H&M have some great pieces in their Conscious collection at the moment and it's so hard to pick some pieces. I love that they have Vanessa Paradis (former Mrs Johnny Depp) modelling the collection as well, such a gorgeous model - hoping I look like her when i'm her age!!!
What items from the Conscious collection are you coveting?

Wishlist: H&M Comfy Jumpers
blue christmas jumper | light gold cardigan | purple jumper | grey marl jumper | pink marl jumper
You know when you find a jumper you REALLY like? The fit is perfect, it's the right thickness, it can be smart and cosy? Yup. I found that jumper from H&M recently - I am in fact writing this in said jumper. So I found this jumper and then thought "I know, I'll go on their website and see if they do it in different colours/patterns"... And they do - the purple and grey one you see above are the same jumpers in different colours!
However, while I was browsing I fell in love with a few others as well... So I thought I would do my top H&M jumpers that I would love to take to New York with me. I have already ordered the Christmas jumper, it's such a good price and it's so so cute! Perfect for lazy christmas days and wondering around cold days. Parfait!
Where is your place to get your comfy jumpers from? What's your favourites?

Purple Haze
Bit of a different style of pictures for me. Well, kinda. Usual outside photo shots, but all landscape for today. I've become a bit meh about my blog lately. Not so much the content, but just the general look and feel. But I've been the same with my wardrobe lately as well so maybe it's just me.
These are my newest Topshop Leigh jeans in a gorgeous deep plum colour. I love Leigh jeans. They hug everything so nicely and yet are so comfortable. A tab pricey at £38 each but I've given myself permission to buy one pair per payday. These are a tad long but they don't tend to them them shorter for my waist which is a pain.
This top is also a newbie, this time from H&M. I spotted in their catalogue and loved it, so when I went up to Cardiff I sent Hanah and myself a mission for finding it. Find it we did, and purchase it I did. I like it cause it's different for me in terms of colour and style. I'm not a huge sequin fan so I took a chance. I like that it's baggy, however both me and the boy have complained of its scratchiness! I think it could be dressed up as well as down. I've already worn it to work with a pair of black trousers and blazer and dressed down like this as well.
I like this little outfit. It's a nice little weekend/shopping outfit and I can't wait for my next pair of Leigh jeans!
What colour Leigh jeans do you have? Which would you recommend?

Life Through a Lens #1
I love these types of posts. I know a few people have slated them but I love to see what bloggers get up to, maybe cause I'm nosey who knows!
I had been waiting for my phone upgrade so I could get instragram to do this as I have a Blackberry (boo!), but I got impatient so I thought I'd show you some pics for the last couple of weeks of my life!
scones with friends | lola rose pressie | wedding dress | new viewing with boy
race for life | house moto | arthur cuddling my bear | wedding reception
my chair! | with brothers | false! | dress for date
superdrug bargains | back on the road | new lips | walking in the sun
These have been from the past couple of weeks. They have been a bit hectic and trust me, life isn't slowing down! In the past couple of weeks I've been working full time (boo) but have also had my cousins beautiful wedding and I also took part in the Race for Life on Sunday - my legs are STILL aching! So glad to finally see the sun, really nice to walk to work in it I have to say and I hope it stays for the weekend!
This week I have a lot going on so will be loads of photos, me and the boy have just booked the Harry Potter tour for our week off in September, and we'll be booking Dublin this week too. We're also off to Cardiff this weekend to see my brother and Hanah, and on Friday we have the boy's brothers leaving party as he is off to Madrid for a year (jealous much!?). So I'm sure you'll get to see all that!

Slouchy Summer
cardigan: topshop | vest: H&M | leggins: topshop | boots: H&M | necklace: lola rose | nails: misguided mismatch & barry M glitter
So this is just a very easy, slouchy outfit I threw on last night before going to the cinema and decided I loved it quite a lot. Such a simple outfit and yet I think looks quite stylish, I blame the cardigan for it.
I do like my baggy, slouchy clothing. When I was a teeny size 8 i definitely went for tight stuff, but now I'm a little bigger (thanks uni) I can't always get away with it, and I find my baggy stuff so much comfier.
As you can see I've still managed to incorporate some of my favourite aspects into an outfit - lace and Lola Rose, as well as my new favourite H&M boots on (hi £15 in the sale) which are one of my best buys ever - I've only had them about a month and I haven't stopped wearing them. Although Arthur does like to run off with them in his mouth, so guessing he likes them too!
These nails are totally different for me. I got this bright orange coloured Misguided nail varnish free with Cosmo (?) this month, I deliberately searched for the orange as its totally different for me. This is three coats worth with one coat of Barry M glitter on the top and I love it, just think it's so summery (hint to weather) and so different yay!
So not much happening in life at the moment, just the usual stuff! Had my cousins wedding last weekend which was lovely and I'll pop the outfit on in a couple days. I wore my gorgeous new Dorothy Perkins Maxi and I can't wait to show it off. I'm also off to do the Race for Life this weekend eek! Haven't done any training which is bad but definitely going to give it a go! I'm doing it with Amber and Andra dressed as fairies (we are the Giggle Fairies) and we're running in memory of Amber's Nan :) we've raised quite a bit so far so am so proud and hope the weather holds out ! Wish me luck!
What's your slouchy 'summer' outfit? Wish me luck for Race for Life?

Pale Jeans
top H&M: jeans Topshop: scarf Superdrug: necklace Superdrug: bracelet Links of London: earrings Accessorize: nails Bourjois: shoes New Look
I'm a little bit in love with Topshops Superskinny Leigh Jeans, as is everyone else I know, and I've been umming and ahhing about getting this colour for a while. When I went to London with the girls I threw caution to the wind and broke my usual black, navy and grey jean pattern. I love this colour. It literally makes the most casual of outfits look stylish. Plus they are ridiculously comfortable. They come in so many different colours, I swear my Mum has them all, and I am lusting over another couple of colours at the moment but I've limited myself to one every pay day!
Thanks to my lovely friend Andra I have discovered the power and beauty of Superdrug accessories - look at my gorgeous tribal necklace - only £2.99. Not kidding, and I haven't stopped wearing it. Ditto the scarf, another Superdrug find for a mere £4.99. Bargain! Again, not stopped wearing it since.
You will also note my lovely Links bracelet with a couple of charms I haven't shown you before. There is my lovely little butterfly that my brother and Hanah got me for Christmas when I got the bracelet, and a graduation hat for when I graduated (stating the obvious there).
Do you have Topshop jeans? What colours are you sporting?

Easy Dress
dress new look
blazer h&m
belt h&m
necklace lola rose
bracelet lola rose
boots h&m
So this is what I wore out for dinner with the girls in Covent Garden when I went up to London for a little trip. I was unsure of what the weather was going to be like so I thought a nice lace dress with tights and a blazer, can't go wrong with that! I would have loved to have worn heels but the idea of walking around London in heels for a while put me off... so my new lovely H&M boots which I nabbed in the sale were my go to!
I've reviewed this dress before here. It was one of those see once, leave but can't get it out of your mind dresses. Teamed with tights and the blazer I think it all goes together really well. I popped it with coral jewellery to add contrast with the blue blazer. Easy outfit and yet it still looks stylish
Both the blazer and the boots are in the H&M sale atm, definitely recommend checking it out!
Hope you like! Mini outfit post for me here, but I will pop up a most substantial one soon I promise - life's been a bit of a busy nightmare at the moment! But I definitely owe you guys a couple of proper outfit posts!
What would be your Covent Garden outfit?
