Wednesday Wishlist #1

I went to London with the girls last weekend and we (naturally) took ourselves to Oxford Street where I discovered this gorgeous store - Vero Moda.
I myself had never been in there before, or my friends, so we took a visit inside and fell in love with almost everything in there - but obviously I cannot buy anything at the moment (stupid Lent!) so I just got to stare and wish.. So I took a visit online and found them. This is what is on my Vero Moda wishlist...
Enjoy!

I absolutely LOVE this dress. It is so cute for a formal event, like a wedding or just out for dinner with the boy. This is top of my wishlist!
I saw this in the shop right at the front and fell in love with it. I love the colour and think its perfect for the summer

I think this is so cute, especially teamed with the necklace (which I can't find!!). It is suitable for the good old British summer which isn't that warm!
I am loving this. I think it'd be perfect for work or for drinks out with the girls with high wasted jeans and heels. Waaaaant! Definite Wednesday Wish...

Anyone that knows me knows my love for navy clothing is unconditional so it was inevitable that I'd fall in love with this. Its adorable and perfect for a night out or a hot day with the boy. This would also go perfectly with the cream blouse above!
This is perfect for a Spring day with the girls, an afternoon shopping with the girls of bbq with friends. It is ridiculously cute and I want to steal it!

Maybelline Eye Studio Gel Liner

I have always been really wary of gel or liquid eyeliners... And I personally have never found one that I got on with, until now!

May I introduce the Maybelline Eye Studio Lasting Drama Gel Liner (yes long name mouthful!).

It is ridiculously easy to use and comes with a brush so you don't have to worry about finding the perfect brush to go with it.
I found the gel so much easier to apply the liquid liner and it honestly stays on for ever! It actually lasts a drunken night out which makes for a very ugly next morning... It isn't the easiest bit of make up to remove!
You can create any look from casual to dramatic and it looks good!
My one and only complaint is that the gel sticks on the brush and you have to really pull it off which means I end up pulling out bristles from the brush as well.

This is my everyday look with the liner. It includes putting it along the bottom lid, just on the inside of the eye and on the top as well as you can see. It honestly does last throughout the day and really looks good.
I can't say enough good things about this product!

You can get it from both Boots and Superdrug for £7.99
The price doesn't bother me at all - not sure what you think - but although the pot looks tiny it lasts for ages, you only need a teeny bit so it is really good value as far as I'm concerned.

What's you favourite eye look?

Outfit: Gunwharf Nauticalia

On Sunday I went down to Gunwharf to be the boys personal shopper and I didn't spend a thing! While we were down there we also had a spot of lunch in the gorgeous sun at Zizzi!

This is what I wore

Blazer: H&M
Dress: Topshop
Necklace: Accessorize
Earring: Accessorize
Heels: New Look
Nail Varnish: Chanel 'Lotus Rouge'

I absolutely love this dress. It is so cute and completely made for a gorgeous spring day down at Gunwharf - definitely keeping with the Nautical theme which I love! The blazer matches perfectly with the nails showing the team GB spirit!

It was a lovely day out !

Hope you had an amazing weekend - how did you enjoy the sun?

Aussie Fashion Show

On Saturday I was invited to go to the Aussie Fashion Show in London at the Future Gallery to celebrate the release of their bigger bottles. It was great fun and the first fashion show I've ever been to so I was really excited!
I went up with a couple of my besties Amber and Andra and we had a lovely girly day!

L to R: Amber, Me and Andra
Amber is wearing: Blazer H&M, Vest Dorothy Perkins, Jeans Topshop, Heels Dorothy Perkins.
I am wearing: Blazer H&M, Scarf Topshop, Tshirt Topshop, Leggins River Island, Heels New Look.
Andra is wearing: Blazer H&M, Top New Look, Leggings h&M, Heels New Look

The fashion show feature clothes from Minkpink and Eviltwin, both of which can be found on Asos and Urban Outfitters.

These were my 4 favourite looks from the show. I love the first look, so cute with the denim skirt and white blouse, really like and girly! I also love the floaty dresses, perfect for Spring and Summer coming up! The last look is so incredible glamorous - if I had the stomach for it I'd be rocking it!
If you look through Urban Outfitters and Asos you can find bits of these outfits, however I did have problems finding most of the pieces! But it is worth having a look if one takes you fancy.

These were the other outfits from the show, some of them really playful, young and trendy and perfect for the current weather! You'll also see a collage of bits and bobs from my day with the girls at Aussie. Including a pictures of their GORGEOUS cupcakes... was such a shame to eat them cause they looked amazing... but they tasted soooo good!

Thanks Aussie for a great afternoon! It was so amazing and had such a great girly day out!
